I chose Wired for Sound, firstly, for their efficient reply to my query regarding a new Sound System for my new home in Wanaka. Having the beauty of it being installed as the house was being built made life easier and helped in the cost of the installation which has turned out just fantastic.
Mark Churchill, who was my point of contact, left me in no doubt that the System he explained would be very easy for me to operate and suit the Lounge/Living/Outdoor areas just fine. I have been using the system via my iPad for five months now. The sound quality is fantastic and definitely easy to operate.
I now have Spotify which I find is just brilliant. Sometimes I have queries on how to operate e.g. saving songs and Mark has always been available and approachable via cellphone. These “aftersales” options work really well as there is always something you have forgotten or need assistance with in the initial stages of using a new System.
Great job Mark – one very happy customer!
